Registered Nurse

Job Description:

Perform physical assessment and health history for the (insert specialty patient) (e.g. critical care, home health, or pediatric)
Develop plan of care aligned with nursing process
Perform clinical and patient care procedures such as collecting lab samples/specimens, wound care
Promote health/wellness and provide patient/caregiver/family education
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
Supervision of care team i.e. LPNs & ancillary staff
Administering medications and monitoring patients for side effects
Documenting patient charts and electronic health records
Adhering to nursing regulations at local, state, and federal levels
Demonstrate professionalism by adhering to standard code of conduct & performance standards
